The conclusion to Nate and Stevie’s story comes out today and I am so excited for you to read it.
I really struggled with writing a two-part story because I’m not a fan of cliff-hangers myself. But when I got to the end of Rock Star, I knew there needed to be a second book and that I couldn’t just shoe-horn the Happily-Ever-After into it. There was so much baggage between Nate and Stevie that they needed more time to work out what being together would mean for them.
Songbird was a lot easier to write than Rock Star and I think it was because I had the time to tell the story and I finally got the satisfactory conclusion that I struggled to find in Rock Star.
If you’re like me and don’t like cliff-hangers, maybe you’ve waited for Songbird to come out before buying Rock Star, and that’s okay! You can still get Rock Star for just 99c

As a bit of a heads-up, Strings, the third book in the series (Nadine’s story) comes out in November so watch this space!
